Our video is not live until our broadcast date and time, so to be sure you can view live streaming video content please visit Ustream.tv. If you can view any live video on the homepage you are ready to view our webinar! If you cannot view any live video at Ustream.tv please view our troubleshooting tab.
You will need a web browser to view content on Ustream. We generally recommend Google Chrome or Firefox. The benefit to Chrome is that it already has Adobe Flash installed by default.

Check to make sure that you have an up to date version of Adobe Flash Player
It is important to do the test in the same browser that you intend to use for our Webinar. If you see the ball move then you have Flash installed. Also check to see if you need to upgrade to the latest version of Flash.
